About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Agricultural Technology Sales Specialist to join our team in Ballarat and Colac.

As an Agricultural Technology Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Brandt's range of Precision Technology products to customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving Sales: Promote and sell John Deere and third-party Precision Technology solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Customer Training & Support: Oversee product setup, optimization, and training to ensure customers get the most out of their technology.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Territory Managers to integrate technology into every customer conversation. Supporting the Service Department to grow in the Precision space.
  • Lead Demonstrations: Be the subject matter expert in delivering compelling product demonstrations.
  • Accountability: Take ownership of key performance indicators in your designated territory.
  • Customer Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers within your area of responsibility (AOR).
About You

We are looking for a passionate, driven individual who can excel in a sales environment and lead by example. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven success in sales, with the ability to inspire and lead others.
  • An understanding of the agricultural industry would be advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A track record of cultivating and maintaining long-term, profitable customer relationships.
  • A keen awareness of financials, including asset and inventory management, pricing strategies, and budgeting.
  • A growth mindset with a focus on increasing market share and creating new opportunities.
