About the Role

This full-time or part-time position requires an experienced Occupational Therapist based in Central Western Victoria. The successful candidate will focus on supporting clients living in Ballarat and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients while benefiting from our extensive experience in supporting our team to be thriving clinicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload and provide timely evidence-based therapeutic supports
  • Assess clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
  • Provide support and advice on adaptations to the environment, including home, school, work, and residential facilities
  • Recommend provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with functional limitations and promote independence
Requirements
  • Possess a positive, can-do approach and mindset
  • Able to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and their support networks to make a real and lasting difference
  • Strive for continuous improvement of our practices and outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent and regular contact with all stakeholders
  • Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle

  • An estimated annual salary range of AU$80,000 - AU$110,000
