FIS Australia is seeking a skilled APAC Product Director to join our team.

We are looking for someone with 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in product management discipline, and strong leadership skills.

As an APAC Product Director, you will be responsible for managing activities of an entire product line through several product managers, establishing operational objectives, and delegating assignments to subordinates.

You will also develop company policies that affect immediate operations, work on issues requiring in-depth knowledge of organization objectives, and implement strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria.

The salary for this position is approximately $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the product revenue and profitability for the assigned product line(s)
  • Complete product investment and profitability analyses, win/loss analyses, business alliance management of key partners, and product management metrics
  • Regularly interact with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning products and/or clients

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
  • Pragmatic Marketing certification or equivalent required
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial services industry (preferably in product management discipline) as well as management and/or leadership experience
