About the Role
The Senior Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Work Integrated Learning program at Federation University Australia.
You will be responsible for coordinating the administration of placements and internships, developing and implementing procedures to ensure a high-quality experience for students, and providing accurate information and advice on work-integrated learning opportunities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in administration and policy interpretation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also possess strong administrative skills, including database maintenance, problem-solving, time management, and organisation abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the administration of placements and internships, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Develop, document, and implement procedures to maintain a high-quality experience for students.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support student placement opportunities.
- Contribute to the administering of financial processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Provide accurate information and advice on work-integrated learning opportunities, ensuring a positive student experience.
Estimated Salary: AU$65,000 - AU$75,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. The salary is negotiable and may vary based on location and other factors.
