The Training Coordinator provides direct support and advice to the Plant Manager to ensure consistency and standardisation of Learning and Development practice, governance, and frameworks. Also work closely with the Manufacturing frontline teams in Production, Health and Safety and Maintenance to enhance training processes and learning initiatives.
**About the role**
- Collaborate with other training coordinators to build best practice structure and process
- Maintain the training package governance to ensure currency of materials across the site through a regular review process
- Develop a learning schedule to coordinate site-based initiatives using training needs analysis and business strategic priority inputs

- Adhere to all local body, legislative and corporate policies as they relate to learning practice requirements
- Facilitate the evaluation of learning and development programs to ensure continuous improvement
- Attend workplace assessments and production line audits to identify training opportunities
- Coordinate and support training where required
**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training
- Knowledge and experience of manufacturing - understanding production processes, products and packaging (desirable)
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Capacity to engage, interact, influence, and be a trusted partner across all levels of the organisation to achieve business objectives
- Effective verbal communication skills including the ability to prepare and present findings and recommendations to address and manage a broad range of people and issues
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating initiative and logic
- Experience in a similar training administration/coordination role
