We now have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and committed administrator to join the recruitment team as a Recruitment Administrator in a full time capacity. In this role you will have the opportunity to draw upon your administrative skills as you learn everything there is to know about recruitment. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our permanent and temporary recruitment services and play an integral part in the Inspire HQ team.

This position will provide you with a direct pathway to a career in recruitment and human resources. You will be supported by and have the opportunity to learn from a group of highly motivated professionals and, of course, you will be provided with all of the training resources that you will need; setting you up for success.

Working alongside the Recruitment Team, your duties will be varied and will include:

- General reception duties - welcoming visitors and preparing meeting rooms
- Preparation and recording of interview material/notes
- Setting up and managing jobs and placements in our CRM system
- Formatting resumes for client presentations
- Preparing induction documentation and assignment confirmations for temporary staff
- Providing internal administrative support and file management

This opportunity does not require you to have previous experience in recruitment however we are looking for someone who has the passion and drive for a career within the industry. To succeed in this role, you will be motivated, deliver work to high standards, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to problem solve and multi-task. Your skills across the MS Office Suite will be intermediate to advanced and you’ll enjoy the fast pace and variety this role will provide you.
