Commercial Director for Truck Sales and Marketing

This is an exceptional opportunity to become a key leader within Velocity Truck Centres Australia, a leading Daimler Trucks dealership group in Australia. As our new Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving market share growth and enhancing gross profit.
The successful candidate will lead and manage the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered while fostering collaboration between Sales, Service, and Parts departments.
- Develop and implement strategies that drive market share growth and enhance gross profit.
- Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting requirements.
- Coach and guide sales consultants to ensure performance of KPIs and sales activities are completed.
- Act as an escalation point for customer matters and resolve accordingly.
- Manage end-to-end deliveries to ensure vehicles go out as scheduled and customers are kept informed.

- A salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum.

To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Prior leadership experience in a sales-focused role.

- A high degree of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
