Job Summary:

We are looking for a commercially savvy leader with extensive senior-level experience in sales & category management within progressive retail & pharmacy channel FMCG organisations.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in significantly growing market share and entering new categories, as well as demonstrated success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue and margin growth.

A strong customer-centric approach and ability to build and maintain robust customer relationships are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a cohesive sales and marketing strategy that enhances profitability and drives growth across various channels.
  • Play a key role in identifying new opportunities, improving margins and strengthening the team following recent changes.
  • Lead and manage teams, providing direction and motivating team members to achieve high performance.

  • Extensive senior-level experience in sales & category management within progressive retail & pharmacy channel FMCG organisations.
  • A commercially savvy leader with a proven track record in significantly growing market share and entering new categories.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue and margin growth.
  • Strong customer-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining robust customer relationships.

Leadership Expertise:

  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong experience in leading and managing teams, providing direction and motivating team members to achieve high performance.
  • Expertise in identifying and leading the development of new business opportunities, managing key accounts and expanding market presence.

Estimated Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum
