Our client offers fully integrated, modern, single-site dairy and plant-based beverage manufacturing, playing a vital role in Australia's dairy and dairy alternative supply chain.
About the Role
As Commercial Growth Director, you will be pivotal in shaping market impact. Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will drive customer growth through both existing and new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all commercial activities, focusing on top-line growth and optimizing product portfolios.
- Manage and enhance customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Oversight of contract negotiations, renewals, and tenders, building robust procurement and risk management strategies.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and foster innovation.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Degree-qualified in business, marketing, management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial sales, business development, customer management, or related roles within the FMCG sector.
- Strong international trade experience, with a record of exceeding sales targets and driving growth.
- Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
- Data-driven decision-making skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Educational Requirements and Work Experience:
Applicants are expected to hold a degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the dairy industry and international trade.
