Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Act as the first point of contact for sales, sourcing long-term relationships with clients and key decision makers to develop business opportunities that meet sales targets.">
  • Territory Expansion: Leverage the company's reputation and social justice ethos to expand our territory in target market sectors.">
  • Team Management: Manage a team of two Senior Business Development staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of sales strategies.">

Requirements:

  • Commercial Awareness: Possess a good level of commercial/business awareness supported by relevant industry experience.">
  • Time Management: Demonstrate strong time management skills and ability to engage with a range of personalities.">
  • Business Acumen: Ideally, you will have a solid understanding of the facilities management industry and be able to identify new business opportunities.">
