Community Operations Manager for Lifestyle Living Communities in Victoria

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Operations Manager to oversee the operations of multiple lifestyle living communities in Victoria, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders and contributing to the success of our business.

About the Role

  • Manage community operations in compliance with statutory requirements, Master Plan Guidelines, Community Living Guidelines, Park Rules, and Halcyon policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Collaborate with Community Managers to set up the Victorian operating platform, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve concerns.
  • Monitor external party agreements and contracts to ensure best service and financial outcomes for Halcyon.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with homeowners, contractors, and service providers.
  • Recruit and manage Community Managers, Community Administrators, and Facility Caretakers.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with external and local stakeholders.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance homeowner delight programs.
  • Work with the Community Teams to drive initiatives that create community dynamics and support positive relationships between homeowners and Halcyon.

About You

  • You have experience in operational roles within over 50's communities, retirement living, hotels/resorts, or community services, with a focus on stakeholder relationship management and people leadership.
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You have knowledge of legislative requirements, processes, statutory and regulatory frameworks relating to manufactured/residential homes.
  • Proficient computer literacy, including MS Office Suite, and exposure to Anaplan, Salesforce, or SAP is beneficial.
