Community Lifestyle Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Community Lifestyle Experience Manager to join our fantastic lifestyle communities' business.
This is an exciting opportunity to come into this newly created, multi-faceted role, based at Stockland Halcyon Highlands in Melbourne's northeast region.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional operations management and customer service to homeowners. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring prompt and courteous resolution of homeowner queries and complaints.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the delivery of active and passive activities, including inductions, community events, wellness programs, and functions.
- Managing front-of-house duties, back-of-house tasks, general office administration, and record-keeping.
- Maintaining ongoing financial performance and identifying opportunities to enhance the homeowner experience and/or profitability.
- Actively contributing to Stockland's risk-aware culture and performance through operational risk training and adherence to relevant compliance and regulatory obligations.
About You
We are looking for a passionate people-person with unparalleled stakeholder relationship skills, commercially-minded with a solid understanding of budgets. You'll bring experience in similar roles managing customer experience and property, preferably in Land Lease Communities, Retirement Living, or Hotel/Holiday Resort industries.
- You'll possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in financial and budget management will be highly advantageous.
- You'll demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and maturity to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
- You're community-minded, service-oriented, with a can-do and hands-on approach.
- Proficient computer literacy, including MS Office Suite.
