We are seeking an exceptional Senior Community Lifestyle Coordinator to join our vibrant Stockland Halcyon Highlands community in Mickleham, northeast of Melbourne CBD.

This newly created role will be pivotal in delivering the best possible operations management and customer service experience for our Homeowners. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our community's success.

About the Role

  • Provide expert support in managing active and passive activities, including inductions, community events, wellness programs, and functions.
  • Manage Homeowner queries and complaints promptly, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and adherence to internal escalation procedures.
  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house duties, including general office administration and record-keeping.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to enhance the Homeowner experience and improve profitability.
  • Contribute to Stockland's risk-aware culture by participating in operational risk training and adhering to relevant compliance and regulatory obligations.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with company and industry-wide audits.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and empathetic individual with exceptional stakeholder relationship skills. As a commercially-minded professional, you should have a solid understanding of how budgets work.

  • You will bring significant experience in similar roles managing customer experience and property.
  • Previous experience in Land Lease Communities, Retirement Living, or Hotel/Holiday Resort industries is highly regarded.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, are essential.
  • Exposure to financial and budget management will be advantageous.
  • You will possess strong emotional intelligence and maturity to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
  • You are community-minded, service-oriented, and have a can-do, hands-on approach.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite, is required.
  • Flexibility to attend functions outside regular working hours may be necessary.
