Job Description

The Senior Business Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Group Sales Leader in inspiring, motivating, and managing a high-performing team of Business Managers. You will develop strong relationships with Boutique & Independent agency partners, extracting revenue growth and developing our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Turn business strategy into meaningful goals for territory, leading Business Managers to execute all oOh GTM activity to a high standard
  • Lead quarterly account planning, forecasting, and execution process with the team
  • Review Business Manager pipelines and activity levels weekly, providing strategic guidance to address gaps and challenges to drive strong revenue performance on all Networks

You will work closely with the Group sales leader to own elements of reporting, planning, and the team's weekly rhythm. The successful candidate will have a strategic and solutions-based mindset, providing guidance and advice throughout presentations, brief responses, and negotiations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Account Management function, ideally with prior media experience. You should possess excellent leadership skills, being able to influence stakeholders through thought-leadership and a consultative approach. A proactive approach to developing new business as well as managing and expanding key accounts is essential.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 per annum, plus benefits including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a competitive remuneration package.
