We're seeking an experienced Flagship Sales Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales strategy in our flagship boutique. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional customer service and a proven track record in retail management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize business opportunities and enhance the boutique experience
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless client experiences and maintain high levels of courtesy and professionalism

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in retail or hospitality management roles
  • Proven track record of managing teams of 20+ staff members
  • Excellent communication and entrepreneurial skills
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Well-organized with a high attention to detail
  • Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to provide solutions

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
