We are seeking a Sales Director to join our team at Moxy Sydney Airport, located just moments from Sydney Airport. Our hotel is the perfect blend of convenience and style, catering to travelers seeking a fresh and lively atmosphere.

About the Role

The Sales Director will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and industry partners.
  • Leading and motivating the sales team to deliver exceptional results and exceed customer expectations.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of sales leadership within the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar upscale or lifestyle hotel environment.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking with a creative approach to problem-solving and a passion for innovation.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
