  • Assessing sales performance and market potential of individual properties">
  • Managing operating budgets for sales activities to ensure alignment with strategic goals and financial constraints">
  • Monitoring and evaluating sales performance against targets, taking corrective actions when necessary">
  • Providing direction and support to staff through constructive feedback, coaching, and targeted training programs">

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, superannuation, and paid leave.
