About the Role

This Team Assistant role reports directly to the Development Director and will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating meetings, events, and projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion;
  • Maintaining accurate records, monitoring purchase orders, and tracking invoices;
  • Providing exceptional support to the Development team, including handling supplier payments and administrative tasks;
  • Traveling to project offices once a week to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders;

About You
