  • Overseeing operational activities and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Providing administrative support to the Workplace Lead and other team members
  • Managing office requests, addressing maintenance and operations, and maintaining the overall appearance of the office space
  • Verifying invoices for payment processing and coordinating occupancy services and helpdesk functions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for customer service
