This role provides essential strategic business support services to the Operations Support Division, including budget preparation, hazard identification, and risk mitigation. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality services while aligning with fiscal responsibilities.

About the Role

The position involves:

  • Providing high-level business support through administration of business planning, financial, and reporting processes
  • Ensuring processes and procedures are compliant with relevant legislation, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures
  • Conducting management reviews as directed, preparing reports, proposals, and business case submissions
  • Working effectively within a team environment, supervising, training, and motivating administrative support staff

Key Requirements
