This is an exciting opportunity to join Catapult Sports as a Product Support Coordinator in their Melbourne office. As a key member of the Bunker Operations team, you will be responsible for setting up and monitoring match day tracking solutions for various sports competitions.

As a Product Support Coordinator, your primary role will be to provide technical support to competing teams during matches. This includes executing pre-match, in-match, and post-match workflows and tasks to ensure seamless operation of the Match Day Systems.

You will also be responsible for providing remote telephone and desktop support to teams, as well as live communication and updates to operational staff at venues. Additionally, you will monitor match progress through both Catapult software and live televised match feeds to ensure key milestones are met.

A significant part of this role involves reporting, including completing detailed and accurate match reports for each supported match. These reports will be circulated to internal stakeholders immediately after the conclusion of each match.

Other responsibilities include logging reported issues/incidents for follow-up in Zendesk support platform and completion of detailed testing reports for operations staff.

This is a casual role, with shifts rostered between 11 am - 11 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, and 5 pm – 11 pm on Thursdays and Fridays. Shift duration can range from 5 hours to 8 hours, with approximately 1-2 shifts per weekend (including rostered off weeks).

The initial training and onboarding process may require some weekday hours. If you have a passion for sports, particularly AFL and NRL, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this role.
