We are looking for a seasoned Sales Director to lead our hospitality experience at Hotel Totto, a trendy hotel in the heart of Wollongong CBD. As part of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
  • Identify, pursue and manage new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Manage the sales budget, forecast future sales, and analyze performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance the hotel's visibility and reputation.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of client needs and expectations.

Requirements:

Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
