About the Role

As a key member of the LUXXE Outsourced Hotel Services team, we are seeking an experienced Hospitality Operations Director to oversee multiple hotels in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to meet client service standards and company requirements.
  • Oversee housekeeping management, including equipment and procedures to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure budgetary targets are met through effective planning and productivity tracking.
  • Ensure Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) compliance across all sites.

Leadership and Planning

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to plan, create, and implement strategies to drive business success. They must be confident, respectful, and able to motivate employees to achieve their best.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in multi-site management, preferably in the hotel industry.
  • Strong understanding of overall hotel operations, including Front Office, Maintenance, and Housekeeping.
  • Ability to multitask, self-manage time, and manage stress in a fast-paced environment.
