Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Manager to oversee our fine dining experience at one of Adelaide's most iconic venues.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery during lunch and dinner services from Wednesday onwards.

You will work closely with our Owners and Functions Manager to help drive the success of our functions department and contribute to all aspects of the venue, including functions, bar, and restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop staff to deliver outstanding food and beverage service
  • Maintain high standards of quality in all areas of the venue
  • Effectively manage and motivate teams to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Coordinate events, weddings, and other functions to ensure seamless execution and maximum guest satisfaction
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in hospitality management or related field
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, owners, and guests
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven outcomes in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and mutual respect
What We Offer
