Job Description

The Events Sales Executive will be responsible for managing event enquiries from start to finish, ensuring seamless delivery and follow-up. This role reports to the Sales Manager and General Manager, requiring creativity and confidence in all interactions.

Duties:

  • Handle all event enquiries via email and direct phone calls, demonstrating strong communication skills.
  • Maintain detailed records in Ivvy (CRM) sales database and manage follow-up tasks.
  • Collaborate with hotel operations to elevate the guest experience through events.
  • Facilitate site visits and encourage face-to-face meetings to build relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Coordinate sales strategies with the Sales Manager.
