As a Strategic Partnership Director, you will operate at the forefront of technology, helping Australia's largest enterprise organisations explore possibilities and solve their greatest challenges.

The role involves managing relationships with partners and suppliers, ensuring contracts and business plans are negotiated in line with strategic aims and financial constraints.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and continually improving a Programmatic approach to defined set of Partners and suppliers' relationships.
  • Positioning Datacom as a market leader with appropriate new and existing technologies while maximising incentives, presales investments, marketing funds, and other resources that improve sales potential and profitability.
  • Collaborating widely and with curiosity to drive communications, governance, and adherence to all Lines of Business within Datacom to the Programmatic approach.
  • Managing day-to-day operations of direct reports, ensuring planning, supplier impact, governance, incentives, targets, communications, and contracts are properly addressed and monitored.

This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills, as well as expertise in implementing strategic policies and selling value propositions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in partner management, relationship building, and negotiation, as well as excellent communication and influencing skills.

In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and perks.
