Global Partnership Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Partnership Development Director to join our team at Attentive. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Partnership Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute partnership strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Agency Partnerships: Identify and acquire new agencies that drive pipeline and revenue, while effectively managing client engagement programs.
- Tech Partnerships: Leverage opportunities for expansion into new tech partner categories, and scale existing relationships through cross-functional resources and programs.
- Partner Relationship Management: Conduct territory planning with partners and internal teams to identify opportunities, and implement activities to foster engagement and drive joint goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, sales, enablement, and product teams to understand partner needs and align them with our offerings.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales roles within the Martech industry in Australia or the APAC region.
- Skills: Strong understanding of marketing technology, trends, and best practices, advanced communication skills, and ability to engage stakeholders.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for conferences, events, and agency visits.
