About the Role

We're seeking a visionary Executive Director to spearhead our business development efforts in Australia, driving growth through site acquisitions, tendering, and development leasing within the Travel Retail and Health sectors of the Food & Beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand our footprint through strategic partnerships and site acquisitions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including airport landlords, network operators, and health sector leaders.
  • Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end business development initiatives/tenders, ensuring seamless execution and optimal outcomes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in business development and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Deep understanding of the retail and/or healthcare industries.

What We Offer:
