Your Key ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Sales and Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in quickly assessing and closing deals, contributing significantly to our sales operations. This role requires a strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a passion for sales and customer service.

- Team Collaboration: Actively engage in teamwork and share ideas enthusiastically.
- Client Communication: Collaborate and communicate across departments to ensure seamless client service.
- Business Development: Implement business development activities using SMART methods to generate new business from existing clients.
- Lead Management: Manage applications and payment systems, converting leads into clients.
- Client Support: Acquire information from appropriate sources to obtain additional client-related documents.
- Marketing Support: Support marketing activities aimed at expanding the client portfolio.

- Customer Service Skills: Effective customer service knowledge or equivalent experience.
- Communication Skills: Proactive communication skills for identifying opportunities and suggesting improvements to both clients and within our Lexmotion business.
- Task Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks and fulfill commitments responsibly.
- Language Skills: Strong verbal and written English skills (C1/C2 level).
- Language Proficiency: Polish native.
- Feedback Skills: Capacity to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Business Tools: Effective usage of business tools such as CRM, Asana, Miro, and others.
- English Proficiency: English native (it is an advantage but is not required).
