Your Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Sales and Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in quickly assessing and closing deals, contributing significantly to our sales operations. This role requires a strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a passion for sales and customer service.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales Operations: Independently plan, organize, control, and monitor all necessary sales operations and activities.
  2. Client Case Analysis: Analyze documents required to resolve client cases.
  3. CRM Management: Regularly update the CRM system.
  4. Team Collaboration: Actively engage in teamwork and share ideas enthusiastically.
  5. Client Communication: Collaborate and communicate across departments to ensure seamless client service.
  6. Business Development: Implement business development activities using SMART methods to generate new business from existing clients.
  7. Lead Management: Manage applications and payment systems, converting leads into clients.
  8. Client Support: Acquire information from appropriate sources to obtain additional client-related documents.
  9. Marketing Support: Support marketing activities aimed at expanding the client portfolio.
  10. Company Values: Understand and communicate the company's mission and values effectively.
Our Requirements

  5. Language Skills: Strong verbal and written English skills (C1/C2 level).
  6. Language Proficiency: Polish native.
  7. Feedback Skills: Capacity to give and receive constructive feedback.
  8. Business Tools: Effective usage of business tools such as CRM, Asana, Miro, and others.
