  • Lead the operational section of the Quarterly Business Review (QBR), building trust, articulating value, and providing a point of view.
  • Provide status reports to stakeholders.
  • Follow up on open action items and cases to ensure commitments are met.
  • Build a relationship with customers' operational teams.
  • Identify the need for and assist with the delivery of customer training.
  • Requirements:
  • Experience as an operations manager or similar.
  • Knowledge of clients' business requirements and adaptation to services.
  • Ability to identify, plan, and manage resource requirements.
  • Knowledge of the implementation of Expert Care services.
  • Ability to use operational assessment to recommend practices to improve client operations.
  • Good command of German.
  • Fluent English.

This role is intended for individuals over 18 years of age.
