Responsibilities

  • Participate in the implementation of ENDEGO's strategy, particularly on the Polish and German market.
  • Promote ENDEGO offerings and build brand awareness in the Rolling stock industry in the Polish and German market, improving brand visibility with OEMs.
  • Offer a wide range of top-quality engineering competencies (in cooperation with ENDEGO Competence Centres) to Tier-1 and ESP customers.
  • Establish customer relationships based on own relationships/network and various/multi-channel marketing and sales campaigns conducted by/in collaboration with ENDEGO Business Development and Marketing Departments.
  • Handle sales inquiries and deliver customer presentations.
  • Participate (with ENDEGO Competence Centres) in preparing customized proposals and executing price and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, being the main point of contact for key clients in all relevant areas.
  • Put customer satisfaction first, understanding the client's engineering competency needs.
  • Supervise projects implemented for key clients.
  • Proactively search for development opportunities regarding customer cooperation combined with industry trends research.
  • Monitor the market and competitor activities.
  • Actively collaborate with ENDEGO Competence Centres to help guide the development of competencies sought by the client/market.
  • Execute sales budget for new customer acquisition as well as sales development with active customers.
  • Develop and undertake activities directed at increasing sales.
  • Qualify, execute, and close business opportunities under minimum guidance.
  • Prospect for potential new customers and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and technical experience in the construction of Rolling Stock industry components in CAD areas.
  • Ability to establish contacts easily, openness to building relationships with customers mainly from Rolling Stock Industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to acquire customers; active relationships in the Rolling Stock industry.
  • Openness to new solutions, innovation, creativity.
  • Ability to accurately assess the situation and adapt to it.
  • Ability to motivate and positively influence team morale.
  • Planning abilities.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English.
  • Knowledge of German – an asset.
  • Openness to business travel.
