About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Expert to join our team at TTEC. As a Sales Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through effective relationship-building and strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and strategize account management and upselling opportunities
- Consult with existing customers to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities
- Work in a target-driven environment with individual sales targets and contribute to a larger sales team's goals
- Problem-solve and consult with clients to provide tailored solutions for their advertising campaigns
- Navigate clients to implement campaign suggestions and optimize their accounts
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients by leveraging analytical skills to increase program revenue
- Meet personal productivity requirements (KPIs) daily while contributing to the team's overall sales targets
Requirements
- Verbal and written bilingual communication skills in English
- Sales aptitude and goal orientation
- Computer savvy and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Reside in or be able to relocate to the Krakow area
