Responsibilities

  • Independently plan, organize, control, and monitor all necessary sales operations and activities.
  • Analyze documents required to resolve client cases.
  • Regularly update the CRM system.
  • Actively engage in teamwork and share ideas enthusiastically, even when not required.
  • Collaborate and communicate across departments.
  • Upsell and develop client referral systems to generate new business from existing clients.
  • Implement business development activities using SMART methods (e.g., direct marketing, cold calling, innovative ideas).
  • Manage applications and payment systems, converting leads into clients.
  • Acquire information from appropriate sources to obtain additional client-related documents.
  • Support marketing activities aimed at expanding the client portfolio.
  • Understand and communicate the company's mission and values effectively.

Requirements

  • Effective customer service knowledge or equivalent experience.
  • Proactive communication skills for identifying opportunities and suggesting improvements to both clients and within our Lexmotion business.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and fulfill commitments responsibly.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills (C1/C2 level).
  • Polish native.
  • Capacity to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Effective usage of business tools such as CRM, Asana, Miro, and others.
