Due to continuing growth in the business, we have an excellent opportunity for a dynamic person to join our close-knit team at our Brisbane branch in the role of Administration Coordinator, on a full-time basis.

**The role**

The Administration Coordinator role is diverse and exciting, combining accounts and administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

- All aspects of job card processing; electronic creation, quote preparation, processing customer purchase orders, preparing outwards goods advice, creating purchase orders, invoicing and finalisation
- Booking travel for national and international trips for our technicians and Account Managers
- Arranging site access for various mine sites and maintaining/renewing access
- Record keeping of training, qualifications, site access and inductions, and renewing where necessary
- Following up outstanding Invoices /PO’s
- Completing and lodging staff expense claim forms
- Run reports as required by the Branch Manager
- Assist with the quotation for bench repairs for Customer's including following up of these quotes
- Schedule customer training sessions
- Other administration duties as required by the Branch Manager

**Qualifications and Experience**

To be considered for this role you will need:
- A high level of computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Polite and professional phone manner
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (specifically Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Pronto & OnBase experience advantageous but not essential
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Must be a fast learner and self-motivated
