We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Allens Operations Pty Ltd in Brisbane.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, with experience in providing operational support to legal professionals. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including document management, expense reporting, and client relationship management.

As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients and colleagues alike, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication across the team.

You will work closely with our Practice Executives and legal operatives to provide administrative and operational assistance, adapting to the changing needs of the role and the business.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to legal professionals, including document preparation, expense management, and record-keeping.
  • Managing client relationships, including correspondence, meetings, and event coordination.
  • Supporting the firm's matter planning tools, including setting up new clients and matters.
  • Assisting with financial management, including billing and budgeting.
  • Coordinating events and meetings, including logistics and catering.
