Family based Photography business seeking a motivated Client liaison & administration assistant to help support the needs of our growing business.

Marie Ramos Photography is a lifestyle Newborn & Baby Photography Studio specialising in Ceramic Keepsakes, who currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Happiness & Admin Coordinator to join our close-knit team We pride ourselves on our relaxed, at-home environment creating a welcoming and warm space for our customers.
**Overview**:
The purpose of the Studio Admin Coordinator is to support the Studio Manager with all administration tasks. This role will be based in the Brisbane Studio coordinating with both Brisbane & Sydney Calendars. You will be self-motivated and a true right-hand and go-to for all administrative needs. This role requires a person with strong attention to detail, someone who loves talking to people, the ability to manage and complete ad hoc tasks in a fast paced environment, with proven organisational skills and excellent communication skills. Must also be confident with babies, children and families.
**You will be responsible for but not limited to the following tasks**:
- Undertake all general administration associated with managing Customer Orders
- Prepare all administration requirements in advance for all Photography Sessions & for Production Tasks for the week
- Hitting our weekly & monthly targets in relation to booking clients & lead generation.
- Convert potential leads generated by our expos in Sydney & Brisbane.
- General administration experience is a must
- A keen interest in photography/studio’s
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both studios and all customers
- Friendly personality
- Someone who genuinely loves people
- Must have experience with Microsoft products
- Punctual, reliable
- Must have a car to run errands
Your Working Hours will be Tuesday to Saturday, 9:30am to 4:00pm, with an immediate start
