**The Organisation**
Support a highly respected and proactive national association and make a tangible difference. Our client is a specialist medical body who are responsible for training, examination and specialist accreditation coordination and facilitation. A rare opportunity has arisen to take on a 3-month Event Coordinator position within the team.
**The opportunity**
Utilising your proven administration, event management and coordination experience you will:
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support to all committees
- Meeting agenda preparation, attendance at meetings, take and distribute minutes
- Venue bookings and coordination of all required technology
- Budget preparation in conjunction with the Regional Manager
- First contact for committee members
**Experience**
- Proven event coordinate and administration support experience
- Exposure or experience in supporting committees
- Advanced Microsoft skills and ability to coordinate and set up technology in meetings
- Ability to take accurate minutes and maintain/update accurate information
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends as required (paid at a higher rate)
