At Moore Australia, we are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional administrative assistance to our CEO and leadership team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with excellent organizational and communication skills to contribute to the success of our business. You will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, preparing PowerPoint presentations, and coordinating travel arrangements.
In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will have the chance to work independently and collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless delivery of administrative support services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the CEO's schedule and events
- Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Provide exceptional client service and support to internal and external clients
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in administration or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams/Zoom
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work in a fast-paced environment
