Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Provide confidential diary management and executive support, ensuring the effective operation of the executive office.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for the executive and external stakeholders.
  • Communication Support: Deliver timely support, advice, and information to senior staff, maintaining effective relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with correspondence, submissions, and initiatives requiring coordinated responses.
  • Business Planning: Support business planning, projects, and ensure high-quality reporting.
  • Culturally Responsive Services: Promote culturally responsive services and assist in developing a culturally capable workforce.
  • General Administration: Undertake general administrative duties as required.
