Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Townsville. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to the General Manager and Leadership Team, ensuring smooth office operations and effective coordination of meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary Management: Coordinate and manage calendars, ensuring timely scheduling of meetings and appointments.
  • Communication and Coordination: Facilitate departmental communications, team events, company initiatives, and catering arrangements.
  • Travel Arrangements: Manage business-related travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Expense Management: Oversee credit card expenses, purchase orders, and ad-hoc invoices for the business.
  • Meeting Support: Provide administrative assistance during meetings, preparing agendas, actions, and follow-up documentation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience: Proven experience in providing administrative support, with a focus on confidentiality, organization, time management, and professionalism.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Word.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
