Head of Sales

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement the overall sales strategy to achieve business goals and growth targets.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding client base and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities and optimize the sales process.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Set KPIs and performance targets for the sales team, ensuring these are met consistently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to enhance client acquisition and retention.
- Ensure exceptional client experience by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and market expansion.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, detailing performance metrics, client feedback, and market insights.
- Conduct regular training sessions to upskill the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market developments.
- Use data-driven insights to improve the sales process and strategies.
- Ensure sales practices comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Monitor market and industry trends to anticipate and mitigate potential risks
**Who are you?**
- 7+ years of sales experience in financial services, ideally within Forex, CFDs, or trading platforms, with at least 3 years in a senior sales leadership role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Deep understanding of the financial markets, online trading, and client acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to sales performance and market insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
