A Career Opportunity Awaits
We seek an exceptional Head of Sales Commercial Development to join our Opal team. Ideally based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane, this role offers flexibility and opportunities for career growth.
This senior sales leadership position will provide expert guidance and support to the Opal sales team, focusing on embedding, deploying, and enhancing sales capabilities, skills, tools, behaviors, and processes across the business.
You will play a crucial role in delivering programs that embed and sustain sales best practices, driving returns and value creation opportunities for both customers and Opal.
Working closely with Opal sales teams across ANZ, you will facilitate sales leadership programs and collaborate with external providers to provide ongoing sales training. As the Sales Centre of Excellence leader, you will work with multiple stakeholders to analyze, discover, and implement sales efficiency and effectiveness improvement opportunities.

For this role, we expect you to have:
- Significant experience in sales or sales and marketing leadership roles
- A proven track record of success leading transformative sales programs
- Experience managing a P&L
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Previous experience coaching and training sales teams to achieve success
