This luxury retailer is seeking a highly driven Head of Sales to join their management team. You'll be directly responsible for managing a team of sales consultants across two locations, training and coaching them to exceed monthly targets, sales forecasting on a weekly and monthly cadence, tracking sales team performance metrics, and reporting data on a regular basis to our leadership team.

You will have:

- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and improving established sales processes. A strong analytical background, a history of mentorship, and a customer-centric attitude are all must-haves for this role.
- The ability to organise, plan, and autonomously structure your workload will be crucial to your success in this role. We neither have the time nor the inclination to micromanage you.

**_Job Responsibilities_**

**Sales Leadership**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a growing team of full-time sales consultants, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring exceptional customer service. You're not afraid to drive others and lead by example.
- Oversee the development of a robust sales pipeline and ensure all sales personnel are using the CRM to maximize clarity around sales activities and potential opportunities.
- Monitor sales activities, identify performance gaps, and deliver ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills.
- Achieve and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

**Customer Engagement and Service**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with high-end clientele, providing personalised and exceptional service.
- Ensure all customer interactions meet or exceed the store's luxury service standards.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Sales Performance and Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyse sales data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and market trends to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, and present findings to senior management on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Implement effective sales techniques, promotions, and events. Drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Continual agile improvement of sales processes.

**Team Management and Development**:

- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales consultants, ensuring they gain the necessary product knowledge and sales skills.
- Create and implement a robust training program where any new sales consultant could be brought up to date efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and set performance goals to enhance individual and team performance.
- Foster a positive work environment, encourage teamwork, and promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

**_Job Requirements_**
- Must have 3-5 years of managing sales teams or as a territory manager at companies producing annual revenue of 20 million+ with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Highly motivated with proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills to inspire, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with high-end clientele.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required in a luxury retail environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent prioritisation, time management, and organisational skills
