Aston Carter is looking for a Business Sales Manager / Executive for our global tech client. This role has no direct reports and sits within the ANZ team. The role is based in their head office in North Sydney for an 18 month contract with flexible working arrangements.
The Business Sales Manager will focus on creating, nurturing and optimizing business sale leads, supporting business development alongside the Commercial Lead, and generating new business opportunities for the online Store.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive acquisition of new customers via multiple programs - subsidiary relationships, testing new referral models, working with marketing and demand gen teams
- Optimize retention and upsell amongst existing customers - both programmatically, and via relationships with large and repeat customers
- Deliver on time fulfilment and excellent customer experiences, which differentiate the client’s Store from other vendors and channel partners
- Manage and track customer and transactional information in MSX (CRM system) and Store Portal
- Meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities
- Build and manage strategic partner alliances and relationships as part of the fully integrated account and commercial plan

**Qualifications and Experience**:
- University Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years preferred experience in a fast paced, results driven culture
- Experience in sales or business development
- eCommerce experience desirable
- Relationship focused and driven providing excellence in service, sales, and marketing
