This Sales Manager Australia will report to the General Manager Australia and be responsible for developing a sales strategy for the region, developing and leading a sales team, with a focus on metrics, and actively hunting new clients.

Key duties for this Sales Manager Australia role include:

- Creating and implementing a sales strategy for the region.
- Developing and leading the Australia Sales Team to include conducting performance assessments and developing annual business plans to help target new clients.
- Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Liaising closely with internal teams with regards to product data and product improvements.
- Participating in pricing strategy to improve gross profit, analyse market information, market penetration, competition, marketing opportunities, and integrate knowledge into sales and marketing strategy.
- Participating with the leadership team in the development of the annual plan for the business unit.
- Leading the Australian Sales team in planning, strategies, resource management and execution of sales.

Essential requirements are:

- Strong hunter sales experience with autonomous solutions for the mining industry.
- Previous experience as a national sales manager, having coached, mentored and lead a sales team.
- Ability to discuss, in depth, sales metrics with sales team and senior management.
- Previous experience of developing and implementing a sales strategy.
