**Your new company**
This established fintech specialises in providing financial solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. They prioritise transparency and customer service, which has contributed to their reputation as a reliable and trustworthy financial partner for businesses. Due to the Company growth, they have a new opportunity for a sales professional to join their busy team

**Your new role**
As a sales manager you will be responsible for:

- Conducting research on prospective clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the target market.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and strong sales techniques.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing client support.
- Utilising a client relationship management system to track and manage sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have;
- Worked in a sales-based position for at least 3 years (open to all industries)
- An understanding of finance, whether gained through studies, industry experience or personal interests
- Strong interpersonal skills and be able to establish trust and build rapport with clients
- An ability to stay up to date on industry trends and being able to communicate the value proposition to potential clients
- The ability to ask relevant questions and listen carefully to the answers to provide tailored solutions
- Adaptability to new situations and pivot strategies as needed. This requires being flexible and willing to try new approaches.
