We are currently searching for a well-established, polished, and professional** Sales & Marketing Manager** to join our team. To be successful in this role, you will be a highly effective, sales-focused individual with a passion for developing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients. You will create an inclusive, imaginative, inspiring environment where everyone works together to enhance the customer experience ensuring service levels never dip below sensational
**Key Deliverables**
- Drive functions revenue through the acquisition of new clients
- Develop key partnership opportunities with new and existing clients to drive business growth
- Partner with our Site Manager & Executive Chef to ensure market ready function packages are on offer
- Strategically develop and manage sales & marketing plans
- Tailor the function packages on offer to meet the clients’ needs with a focus on up selling to maximise revenue
- Complete any relevant invoicing and commercial activities as required
**The Person**
- Dedicated track record of successful sales management
- Results orientation, strong business acumen and analytical skills to enable you to effectively contribute to the creation and implementation of sales/marketing strategies
- Commercially savvy and knows how to identify and deliver on growth opportunities
- Positive, supportive, ambitious leader with experience in carrying out personal development plans, staff training sessions and appraisals
- Develops effective relationships with individuals at all levels, from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and locations
- Is passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
- Will have great attention to detail with an excellent ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Is self-motivated and an excellent communicator
