You will be working for a small Company in Sydney CBD that has 3 sites in the city that offers professional serviced offices to corporate clients that allows flexibility in the workplace with services and office space.

The company is agile and nimble and fast growing and is looking for an Area Sales Manager who is a real people person and who can showcase what is on offer to corporate clients and manage a small team of Office Managers on each site who are responsible for customer service. Reporting to the COO you will be part of the senior management team and will have overall responsibility for revenue generation as well as client services. You will be responsible for recruiting, training and motivating each of the Client Services team, ensuring that the diverse range of tasks required meets clients’ expectations as well as company guidelines.

This is a wide and varied role that requires a confident B2B services sales ability, sales & people management experience, account management & client services experience as well as basic facilities management knowledge and experience.

**The role**:

- Recruit, coach and train staff for each site in Sydney CBD offices
- Management of a small client services team on each site
- Overall responsibility for revenue generation and client services for each CBD site
- Manage the B2B sales cycle created from provided leads to close
- Work with Office Managers to create cross and upsell opportunities with existing clients
- Work with Office Managers to ensure each site is well stocked, fully occupied and meets all OH&S requirements and service standards
- Grow number of enquiries for Virtual memberships
- Work closely with the team to host and manage regular community events
- Attend networking events to promote the business and identify potential members
- Spread the value & benefit of membership using online marketing tools and social media
- Cultivate referrals where possible
- Review and update sales tools and templates

**To be successful in this role, you must have the following essential criteria**:

- A Graduate with a Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing Communications
- Previous experience in B2B sales with the ability to negotiate pricing and close deals, ideally from Serviced Offices or Corporate Real Estate
- Experience of sales gained in the services industry is preferred
- Sales management experience, used to training and managing a small team on various sites in different geographic locations (Will consider a Team Leader looking to step up into a management role)
- First class communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple appointments and office tours
- Used to managing your own as well as the teams KPI’s and revenue targets
- A friendly and hospitable personality to be able to showcase the corporate service on offer
- A willingness and desire to learn quickly
- A willingness to work between 3 sites all based in Sydney CBD and within 10 minutes’ walk of each other
- A self-starter who thinks outside the box and who has the confidence to make contributions for the improvement of the service on offer
