They are a preferred and trusted supplier for several national Business Service Contractors and Facility Management Services around Australia. Our client has offices in Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, and Queensland. This role is based in Prestons, NSW.

**The Role**:
As the Business Development Manager, reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be accountable for engaging with and creating positive relationships with new customers to successfully secure sales. With superior, innovative products in the Energy Solutions sector, this role presents an outstanding opportunity for a motivated sales professional to capitalise and make the most of this opportunity.
You will enjoy working as part of a team, be motivated to exceed sales targets, and thrive on building true partnerships with your clients and customers.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Find & follow up on new opportunities
- Lead Generation including cold calling
- Discovery and proposal meetings
- Inbound new enquiries
- Quotes and quote follow-up as required
- Facilitate seamless onboarding of new customers including handover to account managers
- Ensure opportunities are kept up to date
- Make sure quotes are followed up promptly
- Manage CRM to ensure data is clean

- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Humble, generous personality, yet driven to succeed with a growth mindset
- A valid driver's licence
