The Retirement Living business has an exciting opportunity for a National Sales Administration Manager to join the team. The National Sales Administration Manager is a newly created role within Lendlease Retirement Living to drive consistency, best practice and add value to all aspects of sales across Lendlease’s Retirement Living nationally. This role has the opportunity to be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

As the National Sales Administration Manager, you will be focused on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Sales process, including:
- Identify and determine how we continue to streamline the internal process to reduce administrative effort on the Sales Managers- Promoting and ensuring consistency of key administrative processes- Understand Legal/Contract team pressure points to improve the back-end process-
- Foster positive working relationships with key external stakeholders- Understand technology platforms that support the process and seek enhancement- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Team/stakeholder engagement experience needed- Contracts Administrative and/or Sales Administrative experience essential- Be a highly organized individual with a drive for continuous improvement- Be proficient in Microsoft Office & CRM platforms, and a quick learner of new technologies

Please note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October as well as provide proof of the COVID-19 Vaccination with supporting documentation prior to joining. For selected roles more physical in nature, pre employment medical assessments may also be required prior to any employment offers being made.
